#P90X Day 15

I missed 2 workouts last week. Unfortunately they were cardio workouts. I managed to do 1/2 of the Chest & Back workout yesterday. I started getting shoulder and elbow pain and had to quit. I am not looking to make it worse, but I will not give up and my goal. I did get a 4 mile bike ride with the wife and kids in yesterday on top of the workout. It isn’t much of a cardio workout, but it is moving more then sitting on my butt.
