#P90X Day 11 Update

Completed most of the Legs & Back workout tonight. I wasn’t feeling well, it was something we ate, so I couldn’t do the whole thing. Something is always better then nothing, so I am happy for now. I have a weak new and bad joints, but once my legs get stronger and I weigh less, this will not be an issue. Too many people don’t workout because the have some sort of problem. What they don’t realize is that the problem is probably because of the weight and it will go away if they do something about it. Are you that someone?
