I need a new leg

I got to work today and noticed my knee is sore. Obviously it’s from jumping around with PlyoX yesterday. Thankfully I don’t have another workout that works the legs too hard until Thursday. That should be plenty of time to heal and get back into it. Today’s workout is Shoulders, biceps and triceps. I will get it done after y final exam this afternoon since I get to leave work early today. BRING IT!
