#P90X Day 9

Today’s is day 9 of P90X and it is my favorite of all of the workouts, Plyometrics or PlyoX. This is strength training for your legs and is a high intensity cardio workout. It is back to work from my vacation last week, so I am working out at night for the time being. The only drawback to working out at night is that I keeps me awake for awhile afterward. However, staying up later is much better then now workout at all.
