#P90x Restart

It’s Sunday and I managed to start a round of P90X. Chest & Back with some Ab Ripper X was in store for me. I have been having joint pain lately, but I just need to push myself to get through it. My diet has always been a problem, but I have decided that oatmeal and fruit for breakfast is best for me. Now I just need a second workout for the day. I will shoot for a run or a bike ride with the family.
