Good Wednesday morning

I missed my workout on Halloween. I have been under the weather, but managed to push through my Monday workout last night. It was the beginning of week 3 and was the Fit Test. This was done on day one and is repeated every couple of weeks to track your progress. I was not about to get anything equal to or less then the previous time, so I used up every bit of energy to get through this. Focus is key. Your mind will push your body through anything, you just have to want it.
